Progressed quickly from drafting to a major design role, contributing to all stages of residential and commercial projects, with a focus on high-end custom homes (ranging from $1M to $12M in value).

Led and collaborated on the construction documentation for 4-5 custom residential homes, developing detailed construction drawings, specifications, custom furniture, interior fixed finishes and unique architectural details

Co-led the design of 8+ residential homes, 2 restaurants and 3 large scale multi-family/hospitality developments. I managed site visits, program analysis, floor plan design, and client presentations. Delivered engaging 3D models, renderings, video fly-throughs, and cost estimates for client presentations and Design Review Board (DRB) meetings.

Adapted to shifting priorities and handled diverse tasks, from construction documentation to marketing videos and renderings to producing fabrication drawings for custom pieces such as a bar table, demonstrating versatility in design work.

Took on a lead Construction Administration (CA) role for a residential project, overseeing all construction details and collaborating with contractors and consultants to resolve issues, refine details, value engineer and ensure the design was executed accurately.
